A Holy contract between man, woman, and God best defines marriage. Consent to marriage is also consenting to be part of the larger plan devised by the Lord for yourself, your spouse, and society as a whole. Walking into this larger plan without preparation can leave you confused in the middle. But as with most questions and doubts, you can find your answers with Him. Self-introspect and invest in your growth
Being single, one is responsible for none but oneself. Whereas marriage is a responsibility, and demands dedication not only to yourself but also to your significant other. We spend time searching for the perfect one and forget that we are not perfect ourselves. Self-introspection is a must before you step into married life.
Change the aspects of yourself that you yourself do not approve. Are you easily angered by contradictory opinions or do you exercise your decisions without concern for other’s sentiments? Reflect, grow and realize your full potential. Invest in bettering yourself as a person.
Dedicate time and effort for others. Volunteer into service or simply send out gifts and tokens of love to your loved ones and family. This itself will help widen vision to incorporate others and their needs into our line of thought. Because the world doesn’t simply revolve around oneself, life has more to it.
Trust in the Divine plan
